It is a way of going into your psyche to see where you are causing yourself pain, where you are resisting flows of emotions, and ignoring certain things about yourself. The experience was incredibly revelatory”. Chris felt that he walks away from the experience with a tremendous sense of peace and hope.Read More »« Read Less
